ABOUT THE CLASS

Yoga Unlike Anywhere
Else You've Practiced

There is something about practicing yoga in a 100-year-old barn, with horses stirring below and the Sugar River Valley stretching out around you, that changes the experience entirely. The outside world stays outside. Something in you settles.

Offered every Sunday morning from May through September, Yoga in the Barn is a chance to escape, breathe deeply, and spend 75 minutes completely present — surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the farm's majestic herd of healing horses.

Classes alternate weekly between a Flow class and a Yin class, so whether you're looking to move and energize or soften and restore, there's always a class waiting for you.

The Setting

"Imagine rolling out your mat as the horses neigh softly from the stalls below. The morning light filters through the old barn boards. The Sugar River Valley rolls green in every direction."

Classes are held in the upper loft of the Old Red Barn at Indigo Trails Farm — a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind space that makes every Sunday morning feel like a small retreat. 2782 White Crossing Rd, Verona, WI.

WHAT WE OFFER

Two Styles, Alternating Weekly

Classes rotate each week so you can find your rhythm — or experience both. All levels are welcome in every class.

ALTERNATING SUNDAYS

Flow Yoga

A dynamic, movement-based practice that links breath with motion. Expect to build warmth, strength, and presence as you move through sequences designed to energize body and mind for the week ahead.

Breath-led movement | Energizing | All levels | 75 minutes

ALTERNATING SUNDAYS

Yin Yoga

A slower, floor-based practice where poses are held with ease for longer periods. Deeply restorative and meditative, Yin works into the connective tissues and invites a profound sense of stillness and release.

Slow & Restorative | Deep Release | All levels | 75 minutes

CHAKRA INTEGRATION

Nurturing Your Chakras & Soul

Each class weaves in chakra education — basic knowledge of each energy center paired with affirmations and Aveda Chakra oils and sprays — giving you personal insight and a deeper dimension to your practice.

Who Truly Believes

Tina doesn't just teach yoga — she lives it. Her years of study, travel, and practice have shaped an approach that is deeply inclusive, joyful, and grounded in the real transformative power of the practice.

Whatever your experience level, whatever your body can do today, Tina will meet you there. Her classes feel less like a workout and more like a homecoming.

"Tina believes yoga is for everyone and every body. She was so moved by this belief that she inspired her own mother — on oxygen in end-stage cancer — to attend a class. If her mother could find the courage, Tina believes you can too."
