ABOUT THE CIRCLE

A Gathering Like No Other

WISE Women's Circles is a monthly gathering held right here on the farm, created specifically for women navigating the rich and often complex terrain of midlife. Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, quietly curious, or simply craving meaningful connection — this circle is for you.

Using the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, our horses become active participants in your journey. Their honest, intuitive nature creates a mirror that words alone rarely can. Women often leave surprised by what they discovered — and by how held they felt.

No prior experience with horses is needed. No agenda. No pressure. Just you, the herd, and a community of women ready to show up for themselves and each other.

This Circle Is For Women Who Are

Navigating midlife transitions | Craving deeper connection | Feeling stuck or lost | Ready to grow | Seeking community | Simply curious

"There is something profoundly honest about sitting in a field with a horse and a circle of women. The masks come off. The real conversation begins."

- STACEY BEAN, FACILITATOR

Gestalt coaching helps us discover who we really are — and gives us the freedom to move forward with clarity, confidence, and an open heart.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A Glimpse Into a Gathering

Every circle has its own rhythm, but here's what a typical Saturday morning feels like from arrival to farewell.

Arrive & Settle

Please arrive before 10am. We set a container at the very start — a crucial foundation for the group dynamic that shapes the whole gathering.

Open the Circle

We gather in the indoor arena, ground ourselves, and set a collective intention. The horses are nearby — already present and paying attention.

Work with the Herd

Guided equine experiences from the ground — no riding — create unexpected moments of clarity and insight. All experience is in relationship with the horse.

Share & Close

We come back together to reflect and share what arose. You leave lighter, clearer, and more connected — to yourself and to your circle.

Sessions run 10:00am–12:30pm. We begin promptly — please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Horses as Partners

Horses respond to your authentic emotional state — not your words — creating an immediate, honest feedback loop that accelerates growth.

Gestalt Principles

Rooted in present-moment awareness, EGCM helps you notice patterns, release old stories, and fully experience and accept your whole self.

Body-Centered Wisdom

This work goes beyond talk — it invites your body into the conversation, where deeper knowing and lasting healing often lives.

The Power of Community

Being witnessed by a circle of women amplifies everything. Healing happens in relationship — not in isolation.

THE METHOD

The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method

The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method (EGCM) is a powerful, body-centered approach to personal growth that integrates the wisdom of horses into the coaching experience.

Horses are extraordinarily perceptive. They respond not to what we say, but to what we feel — making them honest, non-judgmental mirrors into our inner world. In EGCM, their responses become part of the coaching conversation itself.

The result is a deeper, more embodied kind of self-awareness — the kind that moves us past pain, fear, and old stories, and toward who we truly are.
